Rare Lakyrsiew Cloud Tea - Autumn Flush Organic Black Tea
Fresh from the high altitude Khasi Hills of the LaKyrsiew Tea Garden Estate in the tiny state of Meghalaya in the North East corner of India comes this rare opportunity to taste this delightful tea, harvested in October 2022.
Cultivated organically from the start on their ancestral lands, the owners of Lakyrsiew tea garden pursue the quality of their tea at the expense of everything else - very fine plucking, careful handling of the green leaf, careful withering and rolling, careful drying and sorting, and discarding anything that is not to their standard.

Sommelier Steeping Tip: Use approx. 2.5g per cup and re-steep the leaves at least twice.
Steeping Temperatures: Bring water to a boil and pour over leaves.
Steeping Time: 3 - 5 minutes
